With extensive experience in the industry, both Pamela and Jorge bring valuable knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service, further strengthening Vision Sales Group’s presence in the region. Pamela comes to the VSG team as a well-respected industry professional with significant experience in the industry. She has been involved in product design, sales, sales management and regional management. Her experience spans across building relationships through the hospitality, builder, distributor, architectural, designer and showroom communities. With her all-encompassing experience in both her local and regional market coverages, she is a go to resource and trusted advisor to her clientele. Pam has a reputation of leading her clients through challenges with a solution-based approach that endear her to those that she serves. Her combination of skillset and team-first DNA allows her to blend perfectly into our culture 

Jorge has been in the industry for many years honing his skills. He has experience in both outside sales and as an operations manager for over two decades at one of the most well-known showrooms in California. One of his beast assets is his ability to relate to clients of all levels and deliver a trust factor that makes him easy to do business with. He come to VSG with a wealth of knowledge across many brand categories but also the customer first attitude that we covet in our teammates.
