Stone Forest Unveils Fluted Lumbre Sink.

Delve into the captivating details of Stone Forest’s latest creation, the Fluted Lumbre sink. For more than 30 years, the artisans at Stone Forest have shaped nature’s most exquisite raw materials to craft pieces that echo the beauty of the world around us. An addition to Stone Forest’s award-winning Elemental collection, Fluted Lumbre has the option of being installed as a wall unit or a vanity, and comes in a choice of two brilliant stones  – Verde Indio, a lustrous, rich, green marble, and Viola Bianco, a white marble with intricate veining and a hint of lilac.

When paired with supporting Elemental FACET legs and fittings, the Fluted Lumbre sink evolves into a vanity that unifies enigmatic marble with jewel-like, intricately knurled brass. Designed in collaboration with Tod Babick of Babick Studios,  these “coin” knurled, solid brass fittings recall the iconic Doric architectural order of  ancient Greece, and in Babick’s words, “bring to the collection some of the richness of traditional ornament, which has always been based on nature.”
