Regional Sales Manager @ Madeli (Remote, Western USA)
Position overview:
- Managing a team of sales representatives’ agencies across US West
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
- Reporting to National Marketing and Sales Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Overseeing regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Manage and support Western representative agencies (CA, NV, AZ, WA, OR, CO, UT, ID, TX, Western Canada, possibly southern states- AR, MS, TN, etc.)
- Ensure Western representatives are keeping our dealers up to date with all their marketing materials needs
- Participate in the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Oversee display activities in showrooms
- Support new programs in alignment with business growth initiatives (team approach)
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Represent Madeli brand at showroom designer functions as needed
- Maintain core relationships with key customers
- Provide showroom feedback and market insight to Madeli
- Participate in R&D activities
- Co-defining and executing territory sales plans
- Working with marketing and product teams to align efforts and product launches which reflect brand positioning
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in Decorative Plumbing Products
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing sales teams
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
- Travel availability of up to 50% of time (USA and Canada)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, or related field
