With a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of decorative plumbing products in your role as a Manufacturers Representative for Decorative Plumbing you are responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers and end users, and promoting the high-quality products that we represent. Shamrock Sales is a leading manufacturers representative of hydronic heating and plumbing products based in Denver, Colorado. Our decorative plumbing lines include Mr. Steam, Pfister, MTI baths and others. Family owned and operated, Shamrock Sales, Inc. has been in business for over 28 years. Requirements and Skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals
  • Strong knowledge of decorative plumbing products and design trends
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information and convey technical concepts and ideas to non-technical personnel
  • Team player with a willingness to embrace Shamrock’s Mission and Core Values
  • Ability to travel throughout Colorado and occasionally to other locations
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
Work Experience
  • 4+ years in outside sales
  • Proven experience in sales, decorative plumbing, showroom sales or home improvement industry preferred
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
  • Represent our company and products to distributors, retailers, interior designers, and contractors throughout Colorado.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and training to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and management team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote our products.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Other tasks as assigned
