New Member Spotlight: Meet General Plumbing Supply, Inc.
Founded in 1910, in Bayonne, NJ, GPS is now the New York Metro area’s largest independent wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling, industrial and decorative kitchen and bath supplies. With continued family ownership and 3rd and 4th generation leadership steering the company, GPS has over 500 employees across 24 total locations throughout New Jersey and New York, including trade branches, showrooms and KOHLER Signature Stores.
In April, GPS acquired PHAC Products, a Master Distributor of decorative plumbing supplies. Formerly based in Albany, NY, GPS will be operating this business out of their Piscataway, NJ distribution center. GPS rebranded this Master Distribution business Showroom Source by GPS and has already begun transitioning distributors, showrooms and dealers.
