How The Vault works:
- Courses are broken into three categories: Bathroom & Kitchen, Hardware, and General Knowledge.
- The courses correspond with our education manuals, and most of the courses are broken into micro-learning modules. These smaller modules help with knowledge retention.
- A score of 90% or higher is required to pass, and questions are selected from a pool and will show in random order. Participants may retake the test until they pass, and the questions will pull from the pool in random order with each retake.
- When each course is completed, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. Once all The Vault courses are completed, participants will receive a graduate badge to use as they please. The badge will also be added to their profile on DPHA.net.
- Videos and other forms of learning will be added in 2024.
*While DPHA University is available to all DPHA members, there is an additional charge for The Vault.
