California Faucets Named “Best Value Luxury Faucet.”

California Faucets has been named “Best Value Faucet—North American Luxury” by StarCraft Reviews. As the largest, and most frequently read independent reviewer of building products known for honest, unbiased product reviews, StarCraft praised California Faucets for its quality, careful manufacturing, cost, and near-perfect score in the customer service category. 

Recognizing its “from our hands to your home” philosophy is behind California Faucets impressive quality, StarCraft points out that the “Faucets are not produced en masse or on an assembly line. They’re assembled and finished one at a time as they are ordered.”

Price was also an important factor in the 2003-2004 evaluations. StarCraft Reviews noted that California Faucets prices are considerably below the mean for luxury faucets—about 20-30% below the average. The review also calls out California Faucets’ strong warranty program and mentions “its award-winning customer service is capable, responsive, and California-friendly. “ 

StarCraft Reviews evaluates four criteria for each faucet manufacturer: quality (which includes taking faucets apart and evaluating finish durability), strength of warranty, post-sale service, and testing/certification. Out of 250-plus faucet companies reviewed, StarCraft Reviews named California Faucets one of “only a handful that seem to do everything right.”
