Registration Fees and Costs

Member registration includes the educational programs offered by DPHA, breakfast, lunch, and reception on Friday, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday.  Partial payments may be made using the QuickBooks invoicing at time of payment, however all invoices must be fully paid before the start of conference.

*Newbie is any member whose company has not attended our conference in the last 5 years. Email DPHA staff to secure the promo code.

Accommodations and Costs

Situated in the heart of the Mile High City, the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel offers its guests a reimagined hotel and a true Denver experience. The Sheraton Denver Downtown has not only undergone a recent $80M physical transformation creating unique spaces to work, meet and relax, but the brand itself is redefining itself globally to reflect a modern expression of the world’s gathering place. Every guest who walks through the doors has an opportunity to explore versatile and thoughtful public spaces, authentic and local culinary options, and dynamic programming. Recharge after a full day in a heated rooftop pool, Sheraton Fitness center, or enjoy on-site dining at 16th Street Commons or BEZEL.

DPHA has secured a room block for DPHA conference pass holders from Tuesday, October 15 through Sunday, October 20. Single and double rooms within the block are priced at $249 per night plus tax and tourism fees.

Events that Compete with DPHA Functions are Prohibited

DPHA Conference registration policy prohibits manufacturers, representatives and dealers from hosting events on property or outside of the property that are held at the same time or near the same time as DPHA conference programs and events (within 2 hours). DPHA programming begins each day at 7:00am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It concludes on Thursday and Friday at 7:30pm, on Saturday at 10:00pm, and on Sunday at Noon. 

Similarly, DPHA meeting policy prohibits the use of hotel rooms or other venues other than the display space in the exhibit hall in the Product Showcase to display products. DPHA requests that any members who may be invited to view products or attend events that conflict with DPHA programming respectfully decline those invitations. Members that elect to ignore this policy may not be permitted to attend DPHA conferences in the future.

Each year DPHA recognizes exceptional individuals, companies and products that have made outstanding contributions and advancements to the decorative plumbing and hardware industry. These exceptional individuals and companies will be honored at the 2023 Conference and Product Showcase. Products nominated for products of the year are featured in the Product Guide, and winners will be published in Connections and in Kitchen and Bath Design News (KBDN).

DESIGNER PANEL

Join this year's designer panel on Saturday after showcase hours. Here we will have a panel of esteemed industry designers to provide feedback and knowledge on ways to help our members gain an advantage when preparing for the future. Our panel will be moderated by Kim Killgore of The Rain Company. Expect to walk away with a better understanding on what the trades and design community need from us in the new business frontier.

Dawn Wilkinson is the esteemed owner of the award-winning design firm, Six Walls Interior Design. A proud alumnus of Oregon State University, Dawn graduated in 1995 and has since been making her mark in the interior design industry.

With two strategic locations in the Pacific Northwest and Denver, Colorado, Dawn has been leading her team of 20 talented professionals since 2004. Her educational background and industry experience have been instrumental in shaping her unique design philosophy which is focus on client engagement in the design process & approachability.

Under her leadership, Six Walls has garnered numerous accolades from the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), a testament to their exceptional design work. Dawn’s commitment to excellence and innovative design solutions have not only set her firm apart in their respective local regions, but also are paving the way for its recognition on a national scale.

7:30am – 8:30am Product Showcase Open w/ Breakfast

11:00am – 1:00pm Product Showcase Open

4:30pm – 7:00pm     Product Showcase Open for Cocktail Reception - Trade Welcome

Saturday, October 19    

9:00am – 12:00pm    Product Showcase Open (also open to public)

A limited number of 10’ by 10’ exhibit spaces are available for the Product Showcase.  Exhibits include a six-foot draped table, two chairs, pipe and drape side and back curtains.  Space is offered to DPHA Corporate Sponsors first. The cost is $4,500 and includes one complimentary employee registration. 

The DPHA Product Showcase is dedicated exclusively to the decorative plumbing and hardware industry for, by, and about DPHA members. Attendees are highly sophisticated and knowledgeable principals of decorative plumbing and hardware showrooms.
